For Ready to Ship items:
Most orders take 2–3 business days for our warehouse in Maryland to pick, pack and ship.
For Print Shop items:
Most orders will be processed within 2–5 business days prior to being shipped. Please note Print Shop orders CANNOT be expedited.
Orders immediately flow to the warehouse, so we are unable to accommodate address edits, order changes, or cancellations.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Ready to Ship item orders typically take 2-3 business days to process before shipping out from our warehouse.
Print Shop item orders typically take 2-5 business days to process before shipping.
Orders shipping to U.S. states and Washington, D.C. addresses will ship via UPS.
US Standard: 1-5 business days in transit for Continental U.S.
UPS Expedited: 1-2 business days in transit for Continental U.S.
UPS Alaska and Hawaii: 1-2 business days in transit for Alaska and Hawaii.
*Orders shipping to a P.O. Box or Military address (APO/DPO/FPO) will ship via UPS Mail Innovations: 5-14+ business days in transit for Continental U.S.
Please note that UPS will transport the package to your local USPS hub for final delivery. USPS tracking will be provided but with no estimated delivery date. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update on the USPS website.
During peak shipping seasons such as the holidays or major sales events, delivery times may occasionally extend beyond 14 business days due to high carrier volume.
DOMESTIC TAXES
Depending on your shipping destination, we will collect sales tax to be remitted to the appropriate U.S. state. Currently, we collect sales tax for all 50 U.S. states.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Canada (Ready to Ship items)
Canada Shipping: 6-14 business
days in transit in addition to 2-3 business days to process.
Canada (Print Shop Orders)
Canada Standard: 4-12 business
days in transit in addition to 2-3 business days to process.
Canadian orders may be subject to GST or HST of 5–15% depending on your province or territory. Orders shipping to BC, Manitoba, Quebec, and Saskatchewan may also be subject to PST.
Do any products have shipping restrictions?
Dr. Seuss, The Great Gatsby, The Old Man and the Sea, The Sun Also Rises - these products are only available to ship to the US.
What could delay my order being shipped?
Incorrect Address: Please double-check that your address is correct at checkout.
Special Characters: Please do not use any special characters or accents in address fields.
Is it possible to add a gift message or gift wrapping to my order?
Unfortunately, we don't have the ability for a gift message or offer a gift wrapping option.
Miscellaneous
If your order contains both Ready to Ship and Print Shop items, you will receive separate packages that may arrive at different times.
